Why the heck not? Genetically incompatible opposite sex couples procreate and raise children together all the time. “Religious” hetero folks love using Genesis and Leviticus to beat the crap out of LGBT people.

Leviticus strictly forbids sexual relations between close relatives, so Adam and Eve's marriage is forbidden by old covenant law, since Eve was formed from Adam and the two were one flesh, originating from the same body. Adam was Eve's life source, nearly identical twin brother, and husband all in one. They were a perfect genetic match for childbearing in their own race, in the beginning, whichever race that was.

At least the majority of LGBT couples don't procreate, and many of them would love to adopt children. How about focusing on marriages that procreate, and getting those straight? Why not allow freedom of choice in marriage, and leave all judgment to the Creator instead of man? Pastors and judges who legally marry any couple should wash their hands when marrying couples, to symbolize leaving the blessing or curse of their marriage in the Creators hands.
